No. But every item is indicated whether it’s sold by the case or by single unit.

How much is shipping?

There is a shipping estimator on the checkout page. Actual shipping rates may be slightly higher or lower. Your credit card is not processed until we determine your exact shipping costs. If you wish to be notified if the shipping costs are higher than estimated (or any other question you have), you can let us know in "Optional: Add questions or comments about your order" field on the checkout page.

Can I save on shipping by purchasing multiple items?

It depends on the size of the item and its weight. If we can bundle multiple items together to save you on shipping, we will do so and your shipping costs will be lower than shown. Your credit card is not processed until we determine your exact shipping costs.

Can I order online and pick up the order?

Yes. Let us know in the "Optional: Add questions or comments about your order" field on the checkout page when you would like to pick it up.

I have a UPS account. Can you charge the shipping to my account?

How fast can I get my order?

Your order will usually ship out the same day if received before 2:00 pm provided that the item is in stock. We generally do not ship out on Fridays. All orders are shipped from Zip Code 08701. How fast you’ll get it depends where you live. Addresses in NJ, NY and PA are generally delivered the next day from when we ship out.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

How fast can I get an item if it is not in stock?

Is everything kosher?

Absolutely – everything we sell is strictly kosher.

What is the kosher supervision on your products?

All the snacks are certified by the Rabbi Mordechai Betzalel Klein (Satmar Dayan of Lakewood), some are certified by the OU (Orthodox Union) and the KCL (Vaad HaKashrus of Lakewood) as well.

What is your return policy?

Send us an email explaining why you wish to return it. Generally, if there is something wrong with the product we sent, we will take it back or refund you, in keeping with our promise of quality.
